Step 1

Call our toll-free line 1-888-289-7437 and reserve your delivery date with us.

Step 2

We send you a sales packet that includes all materials needed to conduct a successful sale. Our packet includes 1/ a list of frequently asked questions and answers about our product that we have compiled over the years, 2/ individual sales forms for all participants complete with colored pictures of our product, 3/ tally sheets that allow organizers to total the sales of all participants and 4/ a Pie Peddler Order Form that captures total sales by pie flavor that you will turn in to the Pie Peddler once your sale is complete.

This form is faxed or called into the Pie Peddler one week in advance of your scheduled delivery date. This allows The Pie Peddler ample time to order the fresh ingredients that will be delivered to you on your designated day, time and place.

Step 3

Conduct your sale. We suggest that you allow two weeks to sell our fresh-baked pies. There is a 25 cent per pie discount when you pay for your pies upon receipt so it is important that you collect the money when you take the orders. This also facilitates quick delivery of our fresh baked pies to your customers upon receipt.

Step 4

Receive your pies and pay our driver. This will result in a 25 cent per pie discount on your entire pie order. We will organize the pies in your designated area and do a complete count with you before our driver departs. One check should be made out to "The Pie Peddler". We will give you a signed receipt upon jointly conducting a count of all pies delivered.

Step 5

Distribute the pies. Since our product is fresh baked, it is important that the pies be distributed as quickly as possible upon receipt. Average shelf-life for our products is five days so it is important that pies are delivered within 24 hours of receipt.

Step 6

The Pie Peddler will place a follow-up call to you to gather feedback from your sale. It is important for us to know what went well and also how we might do better on future sales with your organization.

This follow-up process has helped The Pie Peddler to become one of the most efficient fund raisers available to groups like yours. Our call will also provide you with an opportunity to lock in the date of your choice for your next fund raising event with the Pie Peddler.
